Cancellation, No Show Policy & Refund Policy

Dear valued clients,

We understand that client schedules can change for a variety of reasons – life happens. But, when clients do not cancel with adequate notice, the time and skills of our highly trained Medical Aestheticians, Medical Directors, Nurses, medical equipment and facilities could be made available to other clients.

As of November 1st, 2022 all services listed below will require a deposit of $50.00 to book the appointment.

  • Botox & Fillers
  • Permanent Makeup

We kindly ask our clients to please provide 24 hour notice when rescheduling OR cancelling appointments. When proper notice is received the deposit will remain in good standing and will be applied toward the next service booked.

Clients that fail to attend their appointments, and choose to schedule a future service will be required to provide a full pre-payment of the treatment booked. If 24 hour notice is not provided prior to rescheduling or cancelling, a refund will not be provided.

If a client has a pre paid package and does not attend their appointment or reschedules without adequate notice, the treatment missed will be redeemed & counted towards their package .

All Pre Paid Packages purchased online & in-store are non-refundable.

Level Laser Med Spa is extremely accommodating and understand certain situations are out of your control, such as inclement weather and illness. Upon such circumstances the cancellation fee will be waived.

All pre paid packages, pre paid services, services, and gift cards redeemed are non refundable. If you are not satisfied with a product you may be issued a refund as long as the following conditions are met; The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from purchase, and if the product has been used the return will be subject to approval.
