You can expect to see results just 4-6 weeks after your first treatment, with optimal results seen at twelve weeks. Treatments can be done 4-6 weeks apart to allow for optimal healing and collagen production, while other superficial skin therapies can be performed in-between sessions 2 weeks pre or post your Potenza treatment.
If you use retinols, please discontinue use 1 week prior to your appointment, and drink lots of water as Radio Frequency treatments respond best to skin hydrated from within! Redness and swelling can be present for the first 48 hours. Aftercare kit and instructions are provided after each treatment to maximize results and minimize downtime. While healing time is different from client to client, the average client can return to their normal routine in just under 2 days.
The treatment itself is quick – However we want to give our clients the best experience possible, so we will apply a topical numbing agent for 30 minutes or more depending on your personal comfort level. After the treatment is done, we apply a Beautiful Energy biocellulose face and neck sheet mask with Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin B5, and Caffeine that is designed to help minimize trans-epidermal water loss and inflammation experienced post procedure. You will be provided with a aftercare kit to ensure optimal healing for the first few days post treatment. All of this in mind, including a pre-treatment consultation, clients can expect to be our guest for roughly 2 hours.
Most clients describe a light sunburn feeling, with mild tightness. The at home aftercare kit will help keep your skin comfortable and hydrated during.
Your skin has just started the healing process, and we recommend no sun exposure, exfoliation, tanning, retinols, chlorine or saunas for the first 7 days as to not hinder the healing process, or damage the skin during this time. Your Level technician will walk you through the complete post care routine customized for your treatment.
No makeup should be applied for the first 24-48 hours after your Potenza treatment. You do not want makeup settling into any micro-punctures during the healing process, as this can cause breakouts, inhibit healing, and possibly cause infection in rare occasions. Depending on your treatment, your Level technician may recommend a different timeline for your post care routines.
