At LEVEL, every service begins with a comprehensive skin analysis and a thoughtful conversation about your skin goals. This allows us to recommend treatments that are perfectly tailored to you.

New to LEVEL? Start with a complimentary LEVEL Skin Analysis —our gift to you!

During your 1-Hour LEVEL Skin Analysis, you’ll receive a personalized introduction to our clinical and spa offerings, along with expert guidance on the best options for your skin. You’ll also enjoy a complimentary REFRESH treatment, provided by your dedicated clinician as part of this immersive consultation.

We’re always happy to welcome you and will do our best to fit you in for a service. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, we highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability.

If you’re visiting us for the first time, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms before your appointment.

Returning guests are always welcome to arrive early as well. Your time is valuable, and arriving promptly helps us ensure you get the most out of your experience.

Every treatment, skin goal and modality can vary. For any concern, we can create customized courses to maximize treatment outcome. If you have questions regarding specific treatments and how they would be right for you,  book a free consultation with a LEVEL clinician.

Your clinician will assess your skin, listen to your concerns, explain which treatments could benefit you, fully educate you on how each treatment works and recommend a plan for you.

As a courtesy to our clinicians and fellow guests, we kindly ask that you switch your phone to silent mode upon entering the clinic.

If you need to take a call, please let your clinician know so we can ensure it doesn’t disrupt the experience for others. Keep in mind that phone use may shorten your service time.

This is your time to relax, recharge, and focus on you—embrace the pause.

For the comfort, health, and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that additional visitors not accompany you into the treatment area.

We also respectfully request that young children not be left unattended during your visit, to ensure a safe and serene environment for everyone.

We get it—life can be unpredictable! Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and we truly appreciate your trust in us. To help us provide the best possible experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow our scheduling policies.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation.

For services requiring a deposit, your payment will be applied to your next appointment.

Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to provide consent and sign any required forms prior to receiving treatment.

Our Store

We offer a 14-day return window for a full refund on both in-store and online purchases.

All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days.

We’re pleased to offer both in-store and curbside pickup at Entrance 3 of Upper Canada Mall. Once your order is ready, a LEVEL representative will contact you to arrange your pickup time.
